Terms of service

The service
Imagora proposes, previews, publishes and measures marketing for a business, based on the data the business provides. Some channels depend on approvals from third-party platforms, which we do not control. Where a platform has not approved a connection, the content reaches you ready to publish by hand.
Your responsibilities
You decide what goes out. You are responsible for approved content, for the accuracy of the facts you provide, for holding the rights to your images, and for having consent from the people you upload. If you allow automatic approval for a type of content, it counts as your approval.
AI-generated content
Text and images are produced with AI and checked by automatic rules and a second model. These checks reduce errors and do not remove them, which is why content is previewed before approval. Content is labelled as AI-generated where the rules require it.
Advertising
Ads run in your own accounts at the ad networks, and you pay them directly. Spending limits you set are applied by the service, but the networks' own reporting can lag, so spend can briefly pass a limit before a pause takes effect.
Price and payment
The subscription is monthly, per location, at the price confirmed to you before you start. AI use and SMS are billed by use, within the limits set on your account. Payment is by card through Stripe, and VAT is added where it applies. You can change or cancel in the customer portal.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for messages without a legal basis, for deceptive content, or to break the rules of the platforms you publish on. We may suspend sending for an account with high bounce or complaint rates, or when a platform requires it.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running, and retry when a platform fails, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any commercial result. Our liability is limited as far as the law allows.
Ending
When an account closes, you can ask for a copy of your data before it is deleted. We delete it afterwards, apart from what the law requires us to keep.
